Go gorilla trekking in Uganda’s two amazing national parks; Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. This is one of the best safari experiences that you should not miss. Your trek will be enchanting as you weave through overhanging vines, moss-covered Hagenia trees and giant Lobelias that thrive in the tropical climate.
Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi National Park the gorilla sanctuaries through Runkungiri with beautiful land scape known as Switzerland of Uganda. Overnight Kitandara Luxury tented camp BLD
Day 2: After breakfast and briefing by park ranger guides. Later with picnic lunch, start a 30 minutes – 8 hours trek to find the Mountain gorillas. The tracking starts at the area where the gorillas were the previous day. After a full hour with the gorillas, return to your accommodations for dinner and overnight Kitandara Luxury tented camp BLD.
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Day 4: Travel Back to Kampala
